WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU MANAGE?
We manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X. Additionally, we may run TikTok, but because of inconsistency in results, it’s typically not reccomended.
You can utilize one platform for the Basic Plan, one-two for the Growth Plan, and three (or more) for the Premium.
hOW Many posts will you create each month?
This will depend on your plan. Around 10-12 for the Basic plan, 18-20 for Growth, and 24-28 for Premium.
Do I get to review the content before it goes live?
If you wish to review the content first, the process may be more time consuming, so arrangements will be made to review content a week or two in advance to posting.
can i switch between packages later?
Yes! If you find that your business needs change, you can change your package. However, any changes/cancellations must be made AT LEAST a week prior to your next invoice date.
do i need to provide videos/photos? or do you have everything?
It is helpful to provide photos & videos of your business so that posts feel more personal to potential customers. However, it is not required, and stock images may be substituted if needed.
What tools/programs do you use to manage content?
We keep track of the posting calendar through Notion. Your information is stored through Google Workspace. Designs are created through Canva.
do you also run paid ads? or is this just organic marketing?
We typically utilize organic marketing in our digital marketing strategy. If you wish to have us run paid ads, it will be an additional 10-15% of your ad budget monthly.
what happens if i want to cancel?
Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the next invoice date, as we plan content 1-2 weeks in advance. Once you’ve cancelled, we will return any information you provided to us, and delete all records of your business.
How do payments work?
We invoice through PayPal, and invoices should be paid within 5 business days.
do you sign confidentiality agreements?
Yes! During the onboarding process, you and our company will sign a confidentiality agreement and a terms of service.
what makes your approach different than hiring a part-time employee?
The main difference is that we have a proven system in place. No additional time has to be spent on training or adding someone to payroll. We have experience managing a multitude of different businesses, and provide unique solutions for each.

The main difference is that our team is small, and our services are affordable. A small team can offer a more personalized approach, and is a hybrid between a large marketing agency and a personal employee. Our services are more affordable for this reason as we wish to offer small-medium sized businesses solutions, rather than tailoring to corporations.
is the package price the total cost? or are there additional fees?
The package price includes any fees. The package price(plus optional ads price) is exactly how much you will be invoiced for monthly.
how quickly will i see results?
Results are achieved through consistency. Consistent weekly posting starts attracting clients immediately. However, we usually estimate follower/engagement to significantly change within several months.
are your services us-based? or do you offer global services?
While we are based in the United States, we offer services worldwide (English-language). We have worked with EU-based companies, and understand the current market.
